Ruaha River Lodge

RUAHA RIVER LODGE


LOCATION:
 The Lodge is built from local stone and thatch blending well into the natural surroundings. This lodge was originally established by the Fox brothers in 1982 and is in a premium position within the park, built into two large granite kopjes above a sweeping bend in the Ruaha River.

ACCOMMODATION:
 The Lodge is split into three individual camps. The camps comprise of 7 to 9 bandas each; most with private bathroom facilities and a verandah.
 The river side bandas offer a nice view of the river, all with their own verandah.
En-suite bathrooms and electric lightning in the evening is also provided.

FACILITIES:

1. Dining bandas in elevated positions above the river .
2. Food is prepared from fresh produce from the Highland.
3. Bars, blend comfort and coolness together with the most panoramic views.

1. Game drives, walking safaris
